Text Box: The County Commissioners, acting on behalf of the Unorganized Territories, provide the following services and support to the Unorganized Territories of Somerset County:  Animal Control, E-911 Addressing, Fire Protection, Ambulance Service, Solid Waste Services, Street Lights, Road and Bridge Maintenance, Cemetery Maintenance, Snowmobile Trail Grooming, Polling Places, a Community Building and support for the Moosehead Vacation Sports Association.  There are approximately 83 Unorganized Territories in Somerset County.
